Management Consultant

Exousia Consulting is building a network of experienced consultants to support potential projects with the Government of Alberta. We are looking for senior professionals with expertise in strategy and policy, program and project management, change and organizational transformation, operations and process improvement, and human capital. This is not a full-time employment position. We are building our consultant network for potential Statements of Work and future engagements.
What You’ll Do
- Support potential projects with the Government of Alberta
- Deliver complex transformation, public-sector, enterprise, or multi-stakeholder engagements
- Work with senior executives across strategy, delivery, and organizational change
- Contribute in one or more of strategy and policy, program and project management, change management, operations, and human capital
- Engage through project-based consulting and Statements of Work
What You’ll Bring
- Senior, experienced management consulting background
- Expertise in one or more of strategy and policy, program and project management, change management and organizational transformation, operations and process improvement, or human capital and workforce consulting
- Experience delivering complex transformation, public-sector, enterprise, or multi-stakeholder engagements
- Experience working with senior executives
